This piece of equipment has two types, Yin ★ and Yang ☆. Each has different attributes, but all require you to be level 105 to equip them.

=== How to Obtain ===
The basic way of obtaining an Essence is by crafting and the recipes can be obtained from the Elder of Arcaneness in Jadeon. You upgrade it by combining 3 of the same Essences into the next grade. The Zodiac Essence, Cancer Essence, and the Libra Essence can be obtained from the Breezemark and Lunarshade Disciples near the Elder of Arcaneness in Jadeon.
 Alternatively, and recommended, you can use Rapid Essence Crafting at Shady Dealer in Sunstream (New Main City). This system does not require any recipes. You only have to select which Essence you wish to craft, add the Affinity points and gold to press confirm. However, this system has the advantage which you can consume any Essence you already have to lower the Affinity and Gold required.

===Cost===
This is a table of required Gold Leafs and Affinity needed to craft each Essence. First two columns are the cost if you craft from Zodiac all the way up. The two columns in the middle is cost if you craft from Cancer. Last two columns is cost from Rapid Essence Crafting, which is the same cost as crafting from Zodiac.

You can upgrade your Essence 4 more ranks after Pisces. For the first three you will require the item [https://db.jadedynasty.online/?element=51107 Spirit★] which can be obtained through Custom Exchange in Reborn EU server, crafted through a recipe that drops in Beast Lord Tier 6 Instance or purchased through Credits currency.

*For first upgrade you will need 1 Spirit★ which will result in ★Pisces Essence★ or ☆Pisces Essence★.
*Next upgrade requires Spirit★★ which you obtain by trading 3 Spirit★.
*The third upgrade requires Spirit★★★, obtainable by trading 3 Spirit★★ and respectively 9 Spirit★★★.
